Grand Central is a centralized web management system for managing distributed Aspera file transfer endpoints, including single servers, clusters, or distributed Aspera Scp endpoints. From a single web management console, administrators can:
- Set a bandwidth capacity for the aggregate bandwidth used by all Aspera transfers on a single server, or on a cluster.
- Create, schedule, and distribute automated file transfer jobs to Aspera endpoints in the network.
- Control, including pause, resume and change rate, of ongoing Aspera transfers on any managed endpoint.
- Monitor the status and performance of all transfers on any managed endpoint.
- Generate customized audit or billing reports of transfer activity per node, and across nodes.
